But don't break-out the bubbly just yet folks. Can you really trust a poll who's press release has this gem in it:

"Paul, whose long run afoul of the GOP establishment with his libertarian policy prescriptions,"

I don't know about you, but since when is whose been the condensed version of who has? Isn't it WHO'S? Hey what do I know, I can barely spell my own name.
