Okay, you never went away, because you never really came here, but...


I've been away sick and for the longest time unwebed.  


The world is not much different, but the Left is getting nervous.


The Recall Scott Walker Movement is loosing ground, the polls ahead of tomorrows only real poll seem to say, Stick it to the union movement.


Brett Kimberlin and his friends are now throwing verbal bombs at Conservatives on the web who continue to just tell the truth.

Tebowing?

Okay first off I must admit that I will be rooting for Darth Hoodie and the Pats this weekend, but that has NOTHING to do with what I'm about to rant!

I am sick and tired of Tim Tebowing!  

It isn't Tebowing, it's praying!!!  

Men and Women have been doing it to various gods for CENTURIES!!  It's nothing new, but the self-congratulatory aspect of what this man is doing is annoying.

Is he really so self focused that he can't take 12 seconds to blast the media for focusing on the praying?  And to ask that people not call it Tebowing?

He isn't the first guy to pray during a game, but damn it, he seems he really wants to be seen.  He isn't quietly petitioning the Lord his G-d with prayer, he is bowing down in front of EVERYBODY and making sure that we ALL KNOW what it is that he is doing.

And lastly he is playing a fucking game.  There are men and women everywhere in the world who are praying for real reasons, not petty little games and they are, for the most part, doing it in private and sometimes in fear.  But they are all doing it with out the glare of TV cameras on them.

So this is my opinion and if you disagree, fine, just think about why.

In-State Tuition, What Does It Really Mean?

The big winners when a State offers In-State Tuition to the children of illegal aliens are not the children of illegal aliens.

Nope it is the Professors and Administrators at State Run Colleges and Universities.

How?  Because it assures them of bodies in the seats down the road.  With the continued drop in birth rates among legal Americans of all types (except Muzzies) the future was getting dark for State Schools.  So Presto Chango here you go.  More Students!!  Yea!  More bodies to lie to, to brainwash, to register as Donks!!!

Why I Believe Mittens Isn't The RIGHT Choice.

I know, "the horse is dead, quit hitting it!"  But I just feel like not enough people have really thought it out.
The resurgence of Conservatism that we are still experiencing started with the signing of a bill that had to be passed so that we knew what was in it.

ObamaCare got it's start here!  With Mitten's "collaborator and friend" Senator Swimmer.

This will be the stone that the Media ties around the necks of EVERY conservative who will be running in state and local elections next November.  They will talk about the need to REPEAL ObamaCare, and their opponents and the MBM will keep harping on the fact that the man at the top of the ticket believes in the same thing.

AND it is the same thing, it is a system that tells people that they have to have insurance, it fines businesses that don't "help" their employees get insurance and it HAS NOT brought down the cost of medicine in Massachusetts.

The coattails will not reach down, because they are not there.  The media will make sure of that.

If Mittens is the nominee not only do I think that the SCoaMF will be re-elected, I think that there will be a Donk House and Senate for him to continue to destroy America.

I hope I'm wrong.

Okay, so the Cain campaign is weak in responding to bullshit allegations.
Well I guess it is time to just throw up our hands and say "Okay Mittens the crown is yours".

Look it is still early enough in the race to hire new people who will do a better job of jumping thru the flaming hoops of media lies.
This is fixable.
RomneyCare isn't.
Instate tuition for illegal aliens isn't.
The Nasty McBotox couch advertisement is.  Maybe!

A Federal judge, who knows what the Constitution says made a great ruling today.

The Tenth Amendment:

The powers not delegated to the United States by the Constitution, nor prohibited by it to the States, are reserved to the States respectively, or to the people.

Regarding the judge's ruling:

Judge Hudson (pg 24): mandate "exceeds the Commerce Clause powers vested in Congress under Article I"

This means that the "Commerce Clause" is not a kitchen junk drawer where you throw everything that you want to jam down people's throats.

The Government can't tell you what to buy, that is just pure bullshit.

Administration officials told reporters last week that a negative ruling would have virtually no impact on the law's implementation, noting that its two major provisions — the coverage mandate and the creation of new insurance markets — don't take effect until 2014.

Wrong! And if all the important parts don't take place until 2014, Why The Fuck did we have to pass it in the middle of the night, unread???!!!???

Wow, a "shadow party" sound DANGEROUS!! And I love how they think that the money raised by the Independent Tea Party movement will cause Dems to give more. They didn't during the Mid-Terms, and they are more pissed at Bambi now than then.

Also I love this quote from one of the insiders:

One Obama fundraiser points to the difference between 2012 and 2008, when the absence of an incumbent candidate meant open primaries on both sides: "We will have very few events that drive online spikes, and the president probably won't do as many events as even Bush in 2003 and 2004."

Watch out guys, Bush was still somewhat popular with the base of the party in '03-4, this guy not so much.

Signs Of The Elections

An observation from this election cycle.

A little background: I live in a dark blue "Coffee Party" part of a dark blue city in a dark blue state.

Normally during election years you can't see the houses for the signs. Nearly every house has one or more political lawn signs for a wide range of offices. Some our just signs for friends, but in general they out number even the large amounts of "Mary On The Half-Shell" that most back yards have.

Now the signs have a very specific pattern, For every 1 Republican placard there are 7 Democrat ones. Yet this year is different.

I'm not going to tell you that there are many more Republican signs, because that would be a lie. There are about the same amount of those type, it is the Democrat ones that have caught my eye. Or more specifically , not caught my eye.

There are dozens of houses that would normally have signs that are free and clear of them. And I just have one question. Why?

I know that there isn't the need for Mayoral race pushes, because that race was settled in the Democrat Primary, but there are dozens of races that are hot and heavy still and the ads are still not there.

Are the locals still undecided?

Are they just ashamed of the choices that they have?

Or is it more interesting?

Could it be that those people who have voted nearly straight ticket their entire adult lives are looking at the other column on the ballot?

Are they just afraid of telling their neighbors that they just may be thinking of voting for a Republican for Congress, or State Rep?

Maybe they are looking at the Republican in the Governor's race. And when I say Republican Governor, I don't mean the Leftist running as an Independent who used to pretend to be a Republican.

Right now I can see the houses in my neighborhood, next Wednesday we shall see what else we can see.
